Cupboard Door Bits
These are matching male and female cutters for door styles and spreaders. The cutters are arranged to work in conjunction with raised panel bits. Various forms are sized to joint material 17mm to 20mm thick. A B28 bearing is fitted as standard. All of these bits have the same dimensions, but will produce different cut profiles. The best method is to set up two router tables, one for the side and one for the top of the frame. This will allow the operator to make easier adjustments to each cutter. Caution: ensure the tongue and groove are an easy slide fit.
This diagram shows the different cupboard door joints produced by each pair of bits.
