Thode Knife & Saw Ltd holds in stock a comprehensive range of chipper and counter knives to suit all major brands of chippers. These include Morbark, CAE, Nicholson, Fulghum / Southern Cross. Thode can supply chipper knives in both solid BC steel type and HR inlaid steel. Thode Knife & Saw Ltd have the Australasian agency for Kanefusa quality chipper knives.  The Kanefusa chipper knife was developed to meet the demands of the pulp and paper and fibre board industries by examining the most suitable quality steel, heat treated to properly fit the working requirements of the customer. Conventional chipper knife technology no longer fits the demanding requirements of high chip quality production. Therefore Kanefusa has developed new technology and higher quality knives with strict steel examination proceedures to satisfy these tough requirements.  The relationships that Thode has with other leading suppliers gives us the ability to supply chipper knives and other components for any other type of machine.

Thode hold in stock knife clamps, anvils, knife holders, nuts and bolts to suit all the most popular chipping machines. Our CNC computer machining centre also gives us the ability to manufacture special chipper and counter knives to your unique requirements.
