At Thode Knife & Saw Ltd we manufacture and service circular saws to order, for every type of industry and application from ferrous/non ferrous metals, plastics, joinery and sawmill processing . Thode can also manufacture and supply the well known and respected TASCO range of circular saws.
We also supply specialty saws including thin kerf and stainless steel technology. Thode Knife & Saw has the latest Vollmer fully automatic robotic saw servicing centre seen below. This is the only machine of its type and can deliver sharpening results within 0.006 microns.

STAINLESS STEEL SAW TECHNOLOGY
Thode Knife & Saw through its partnership with Californian Saw & Knife works has access to the latest stainless steel technology. Stainless Steel saws offer stronger plate, rust resistance and resistance to other corrosions. Stainless steel saws resist mechanical wear and put an end to gullet wear and loss of thickness. This maintains sawing accuracy and lowers the need for maintenance and reduces replacment costs.
THIN KERF TECHNOLOGY
Thode has for a number of years now been offering the ability for them to decrease kerf size for specific results while maintaining durability and stability. our partnership with Kanefusa Corporation allows us to offer a design service for stepped, tapered and hubbed saw blades that will match your requirements.
LOW NOISE SAWS
With the ever increasing EH & S requirements for quieter working environments Thode has the solution. Kanefusa BOARD PRO and SASH PRO TCT circular saws have specially designed LSP slotes to dampen the sw blade harmonics. Whether you are cutting aluminium, MDf or particle board these saws offer premium cut quality and reduced noise levels in the workplace.
