The first machine is the absolute latest technology available for the resharpening and manufacture of TCT Circular Saws which ensures the best possible sharpness.  With the 4 bay robotic stacker we are now able to offer reduced turn around times for our customers.

 

 

                

                      

 

The second machine is the latest technology available for the resharpening and manufacture of HSS Metal Cutting Circular Saws.  The CNC controlled grinding head allows us to manufacture and sharpen a variety of tooth shapes including the only New Zealand company able to offer "Variable Pitch" technology for HSS Saws. The new technology & the use of Borozon Wheels ensures the sharpest possible cutting edge
