Thode Knife & saw Ltd are the agents for the exciting new DIA-V-Tech PCD panel sizing circular saw. The saw teeth are tipped with poly crystalin diamond (PCD) and are avalable in tooth configurations for cutting raw and double side Melamin, CPL, HPL, veneer or paper backed chipboard and MDF.
The V shaped rake and clearance angle of the tooth allows for better cutting quality.The symmetric tooth shape leads to less vibration and therefore less noise during oepration, as well as an increased edge life.
