RZ1 Fully Automatic CNC Levelling and Tensioning Centre

The RZ1 CNC levelling and tensioning center is a fully automatic levelling, tensioning and back measuring machine for bandsaw blades in one operational setup. The RZ1 is equiped with a modern, selectively programmable, user friendly computer interface that displays a clear display of all the programmable elements via a touch screen display.

The order of levelling, tensioning and back measuring adjusting can be selectively called and programmed. These programme values can be downloaded, and the programme recalled with the same values for duplication at a later time. This allows for accurate and consistent results time after time. There are unlimited possibilities for saving programmes.

With levelling of the band the specifications of the bandsaw blade as well as the method of treatment can be programmed at the display by means of the touch screen display. An electronic sensor measures the deformity, two computer numerically controlled (CNC) rollers, convex and concave, level the deformities with proportional pressure, depending on the uneveness of the measure. Due to this type of operating the RZ1 operates very quietly, with extremely accuarte and consistent working results on  the levelling of the blade and  meets optimal cutting requirements in the mill.

With tensioning and back measuring of the bandsaw blade, two working cycles are executed utilising two seperate pairs of rolls. The hydraulic pressure is proportionally controlled by an electronic valve. The tension of the saw blade is measured at the same time over the complete width of the blade by means of of individual electronic sensors. The saw blade is tensioned and back measured and adjusted to your requirements over several passages. The tension curve of the saw blade and the measured curve of the blade can be selectively programmmed and saved and viewed on the touch screen display during the operation.
