EM2 Bandsaw/Circular Saw Side Grinder (Hydraulically Operated)
the Iseli EM2 is a machine of extremely stable construction featuring state of the art technology. The EM2 is hydraulically operated and includes a selectively programmable 24 V modern electrical control system featuring, in addition to the well known control features of Iseli machines, failure display and optional recording of measured values. The EM2 also features hydraulically controlled variable feed speed and greatly reduced grinding times. The EM2 has a hydraulically operated blade clamp which provides a powered balance during blade feed movements and incorporates pivotable clamping equipment displacement to facilitate blade changing. An optional auxiliary hydraulic blade tooth clamping sytem allows for stabilisation of thin teeth during grinding and offers higher tip grinding tolerances. The EM2 offers a constant tooth position for all kinds of band and circular saws which reduces machine adjustment times demands. The EM2 has a pivotable feed motion at the tooth at the point for circular saws and also has wide flank angle adjustment range with highly accurate setting of angles within that range. Powerful water cooling within a fully enclosed hood and the elimination of linear guides coupled with intergratedgrinding spindle height adjustment from the front of the machine will result in significantly reduced maintenance demands.
